Hello I’m Alaya. I’ve been dancing for about eight years most of itself tie and two of it in hip-hop at Shaun Boutte Academy of dance I started this journey through my love of hiphop and K-pop choreographies that I saw when I was younger and continued to teach myself to dance until I am where I am now. 

Clara learned dance since she was a child, specializing in Hip Hop, Jazz funk, Choreography, and Afro.
Her teaching experience includes teaching adult Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, and Original Choreography classes.

Owen is a dancer and choreographer from Mississauga, On. Dancing since 2013, he's trained in various street styles such as Hip-Hop, Popping, Locking, Breaking and House. His teaching credits include Studio North Toronto, The Underground Dance Centre, Co.Lab, and UW Hip Hop. Current and past dance affiliations include Addo Company, Origins, Korigins, Funkyverse, Footnotes Dance Academy, and UW Hip Hop.

Hi I’m Reina and I’ve been dancing for about 10 years with experience in various styles including traditional Chinese dance, Kpop, and Jazz Funk. I’ve participated in countless performances and competitions, for example the 2023 XinBounce Dance Competition where I won the Gold award in the street dance teenage and adult category. Previously, I have been teaching kids age 6-12 at home and currently, I am the president of my school’s Kpop Dance Club where I teach high schoolers dance choreography and lead them to perform and school event. During classes, I explain moves very thoroughly and will highlight certain details that can help the people in my class improve.

Hi my name is Sancia, I have been dancing for the past 14 years , participated in numerous showcases and competitions.
Specialize in traditional Chinese dance as well as K-Pop and Jazz Funk.

Shila has been dancing since the age of 3, developing her skills through competitive dance programs and university-level training. She has choreographed for her university dance team since the age of 18, working her way up towards the head captain position for 2 full years. Through her choreography, she has gained recognition for her creativity and outstanding
teaching abilities. She has also been teaching at a prestigious competitive studio, where she trained, and have won various awards for her choreography. Shila aims to create welcoming and influential learning
environments for all dancers, evident through the influences she has had on the dance communities she interacts with. With a passionate drive and willingness to learn, Shila has shown great dedication to the art of dance.

Hi I’m Sierra. I teach Adult & Kids Jazz Funk and Adult Heels. I have 17 years of dance training and 7 years of teaching experience for all ages. Each class I encourage my students to dance with confidence and personality, with a big focus around feeling good about yourself and absorbing the choreography. Teaching styles also include Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and mixed choreographies.

Susan began dancing when she was young, training in ballet, jazz, and traditional Chinese dance. In 2018, she started teaching at M Dance Studio specializing in K-Pop and Hip Hop before moving to London, United Kingdom. There, she joined and trained with a dance group called UJJN, as well as taught at Arc Dance Studio from 2022-2024. Now that she is back, she is excited to be sharing her love of dance at M Dance Studio!
